Media and Content Specialist

An exciting opportunity exists for a Media & Content Specialist in our Community Engagement team at Guide Dogs Queensland, based in Bald Hills.

The position helps our marketing team to transform the stories of our clients, our dogs and our business into engaging content that speaks to our audience across traditional media, social media, website, and printed publications.

About You

Ideally we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
• Excellent writing skills
• Being a self-starter who can work both autonomously and collaboratively, with the ability to respond to and manage multiple requests and shifting priorities
• Demonstrated personal qualities such as professionalism, personal initiative, creativity and good judgement
• The ability to work as a contributing member of a successful team.

This position would suit a new graduate with some work experience across journalism, public relations, media or communications.
