Partnerships Advisor - Vision Services

Guide Dogs Queensland has a new and exciting role, as a Partnerships Advisor (Vision Services) joining our Community Engagement team at Bald Hills.

This is a new full-time position with flexibility to consider part-time. The role is initially for a 12 month contract and is integral in developing productive relationships within the low vision sector that deliver on two key objectives for Guide Dogs Queensland (GDQ):

  • Generating client referrals;
  • Growing corporate partnership opportunities. 

This role is required to work both in the office as well as attend external functions and events, meeting with supporters and being active in general business networking.

About You

Your passion for improving the lives of people with vision loss and educating the broader community about how to be more inclusive is key to being a success in this role. We welcome candidates with highly effective interpersonal communication skills who can demonstrate successful program growth and realise our program targets and revenue.

If you are skilled in the area of business development and successfully engaging with supporters to bring them along our vision services journey then this role could be for you! 

A minimum of 5 years work experience in the area of business development/sales is a requirement for this role.
