Guide Dogs Queensland is seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our Pathways team at our Bald Hills campus. This is a full time opportunity working in a busy, thriving first point of client contact team for people seeking our services.
This position provides professional and confidential administrative services to support effective service delivery and includes providing scheduling and billing support to clinical staff.
The Client Services Coordinator duties also includes:
- Planning, co-ordination, monitoring and evaluation of all aspects relating to the office.
- Monitor Medicare, DVA and Private Health debt collection.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Undertaking finance tasks as required, including invoice processing and related financial process.
About You
You will be able to demonstrate previous work experience in a similar role (preferably in a disability, medical or allied health setting) coupled with a strong and proactive client focus including empathy, patience and understanding.
Your proven scheduling experience supporting multiple roles and exceptional interpersonal communication skills working with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds will see you succeed on this position.
In addition you will have high level administration skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
