The role

Are you a paid advertising expert? Want to use your skills to make a real difference in the NFP space? Well, we have the role for you! We are in search for a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Advertising) to join our vibrant Community Engagement team! This full-time hybrid position is based at our stunning head location in Bald Hills.

You will collaborate with our team of marketing talents and be responsible for executing holistic paid campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through strategic campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta), LinkedIn, and TikTok. Top of Form

This role integrates Google Tag Manager and GA4 to amplify our brand presence and driving growth through compelling and data-driven paid campaigns, while also contributing to our content creation efforts.

About you

Our successful Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Advertising) will demonstrate the following:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in managing paid social media and search campaigns.
  • Proven track record of executing and optimising successful paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and content.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector, and/or graphic design, photography and/or videography will be highly regarded.
