The role
A rewarding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Engagement Project Coordinator to join our Client Services team, based at our beautiful head office in Bald Hills.
This is a permanent part-time position offering 20 hours per week, working on varied projects designed to both enable independence and wellbeing with Queenslanders living with vision impairment, and to increase community understanding and awareness of the challenges of navigating life with a vision impairment.
Our successful candidate will be an all-rounder working proficiently in a fast-paced administration and service environment. Key components include engagement with stakeholders, coordination, administration, and analysis on projects in consultation with our Client Services leaders and will include some public speaking opportunities with small to medium groups.

This position will:
- Collaborate with the Engagement Project Lead to define project goals and scopes.
- Coordinate resources for smooth project execution.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and effectively maintain strong relationships.
- Analyse project progress and adapt scope or timelines accordingly.
- Present ideas confidently to diverse audiences.
- Promote and ensure accessibility and inclusion in project solutions.
- Prepare grant acquittal documents in compliance with deadlines.

About You
Our successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in the non-profit or disability sector and/or experience with grant funded projects and acquittals is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to achieve project outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity and accessibility in all project endeavors
